Gathering showing feedback is the lost art of home sales. Most buyers that see your home often leave with additional questions. For example: Where are the property lines? Is the fridge included? Will the seller repaint the child’s bedroom?
Would you repaint
a bedroom for a full price offer? Would you consider leaving the
fridge? Proper follow-up immediately after
a showing will help a buyer stay focused on buying your home.
In our experience, we find that less than 5% of Agents in Utah County call us after we show their homes. The vast majority of Realtors are missing out on additional sales by not doing follow-up. They tell us it is too time consuming and bothersome. However, we know proper follow-up works! It helps us sell our homes faster than our competition and for more money.

your help collecting the names of Agents who are showing your home, along
with their phone numbers. All follow-up will be coordinated via phone

The reason why this score is so important is because it directly impacts
search engine results. For example,
in March 2007 we had 171 (mostly out-of-state) buyers emailing us, asking

REMAX sells the most Real Estate in Utah
