Here is a current chart of the Active Homes on the Wasatch Front Multiple Listing Service

Overall the Utah County market is improving. The amount of active listings is the lowest it has been for five years. This is actually a very positive sign. This means the clogged inventory is starting to subside. In 2007 and 2008 we had up to 5,300 listings for sale. Currently we have around 3,300. I think the inventory will continue to decline.
