Condo listings are experiencing a massive decline here in Utah County. We currently have about 340 condos listed right now. Last year we had about 425 condos for sale. In 2007 this number went up to 800 condos listed It is a great time to buy a condo because this market appears to have bottomed. The supply is very low and demand is good. It is simple economics. The reason this market was trashed in the last couple of years is because previous condo buyers can now buy a small home. This has put tremendous pressure on the condo market.
