This is one sector of the market that is doing poorly. About one third of the condos that were selling in 2007 are now selling. Construction has practically halted around Utah County on condos. Condos were a hot item when the market was booming. It still looks weak. I love the buying opportunity in this sector. It is totally overlooked at the moment. It will be back in the soon.
