Demand for homes in Utah County is beating most of 2010.  This is a bullish sign the market is improving. I feel the market is stabalizing.  This is the first time I have felt this in the past four years.  I have been predicting decline over the past four years.  However, I believe this winter will be one of the last great buying opportunities.  I do not believe the market will jump back up.  In fact, I don't think we will ever see our original highs of 2006/2007 in the next 10 years unless our dollar collapses and or inflation goes nuts.  The tops of 2006/2007 were built on terrible bank loans to unqualified people.  In other words corruption created a real estate bubble.  In my opinion the market will stabalize and begin to slowly increase into 2012/13.  Click Here if you would like to see more current statistical information about the Utah County Real Estate Market.
