First, I would like to thank you for visiting our website.  Once you give us all the information about your home we will help you get an idea of what your home is worth.  I can help you for free in one of two ways.  One way is by email only and the other is with a personal tour of your home.  My estimate on your home will be very accurate if I see the home.  In fact, my opinion about your price is more in sync with what a buyer will pay than your appraisal or other less experienced Realtors.  Realtors are often accused of trying to buy a listing by telling sellers their homes are worth more than true market value in hopes of getting a listing. 

I often interview for the job of listing homes in Utah County.  Seller's often wonder why different prices come in on their property.  The answer is experience.  I will see the experienced Realtors giving true and correct price opinions.  Our industry is full of inexperienced sales agents making uneducated guesses on a properties value.
