numbers are unfortunate for the people who couldn’t make
their mortgage, it often means that a home-buyer can
find a great deal on a foreclosed home for much less
than market value. Because the bank and lender are
trying to recover money lost on the property already,
buyers can save huge amounts of money that would be
impossible otherwise. Since they want to recover as much
of their investment as possible, the discounts can even
