Team Teasdale does not authorize the
harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other
information from or through the Services offered on our site. Team
Teasdale does not permit or authorize others to use the Services to
collect, compile or obtain any information about Team Teasdale’s
customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail
addresses, which are Team Teasdale's confidential and
proprietary information.
If Team Teasdale believes that
unauthorized or improper use is being made of any
Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it,
in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including
blocking messages from a particular Internet domain,
mail server or IP address. Team Teasdale may immediately
terminate any Service which it determines, in its sole
discretion at any time.
Any buyers who have signed an exclusive Buyer Brokers
Agreement are not permitted to join our Early Bird Club. Buyers
who have signed with an agent are in violation of their signed agreement
by requesting the assistance of another Realtor.
Our free seller's CMA request does not include tax
assessment
re-evaluations. The county provides a free service to help people
re-evaluate their taxed value. Please contact the Utah County
Assessors Office directly. If you would like Team Teasdale's
professional opinion about your value to help you petition the County,
we charge $200 to visit your property and prepare a proper statement for
the County Assessors Office. This is payable to our real estate
brokerage. Our free seller's CMA service is free to those
genuinely considering selling their homes.
Team Teasdale does not spam. We respect your
privacy. If you request to join our Early Bird Club, you will be
sent an email welcoming you to the service and asking your permission to
send you automated lists of homes, per request. This service will
be terminated at any time you request.
