time Woodland Hills was a town, but it became a city

by a variety of Spruce and Scrub Oak Trees.

than any other area in Utah County. According
to the 2000 Census, Woodland Hills has the unique
distinction of having the highest median income in
the state of Utah. Woodland Hills boast some
very large beautiful homes. According to the
United States Census Bureau, the city has a
total area of 2.7 square miles (7.1 km²), all of it
land.

Situated at the south end of Utah County, below
Mount Loafer at altitudes between 5,000 and 7,000
